Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Energy Intelligence ("the Service") provided by WeAutomate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Energy Intelligence is a SaaS platform that helps multi-branch businesses in India monitor electricity consumption, audit bills, and identify savings opportunities. The platform includes AI-powered analysis, ticket management, and reporting features.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Each subscription covers one tenant organisation; sub-accounts (branches, users) are included per plan limits
• You may not share login credentials across multiple individuals

4. Subscription & Payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance (INR)
• Starter: ₹4,999/month · Pro: ₹14,999/month · Enterprise: Custom
• No refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle
• We may update pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Revenue-share arrangements (if agreed) are documented separately

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (meter readings, bills, equipment records). You grant WeAutomate a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the Service to you. We will not use your data to train AI models or share it with other customers.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-generated bill audits, anomaly alerts, and recommendations are informational only. They do not constitute professional electrical or financial advice. Always verify findings with a qualified electrician or energy auditor before taking action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
• Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance. WeAutomate is not liable for losses caused by outages beyond our control (infrastructure failures, third-party API outages).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. After that, data is deleted permanently. WeAutomate may suspend accounts that violate these Terms immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
